The name Intentio comes from the Latin word for intention or purpose. It represents the focus and clarity that shape not only what we do, but why we do it.

Sam Wild
Sam Wild is a project strategist, artist manager, and nonprofit consultant with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of music, live events, and mission-driven organizations. He is the Founder of Intentio Co., a specialty consulting firm that partners with creatives, organizations, and leadership teams to align vision, strategy, and execution across complex projects.
Sam’s background includes artist management, national touring, large-scale live experiences, and nonprofit initiatives connected to major music festivals and creative communities. His work has spanned artist development, festival activations, team leadership, and partnership strategy—often bridging creative excellence with thoughtful systems and sustainable growth.
Now based in Atlanta after more than a decade in Nashville, Sam continues to operate across both cities while supporting projects nationwide. Through his consulting work and nonprofit leadership, he is known for his relational approach—prioritizing people over outcomes, clarity over pressure, and intentionality over agenda.
At the core of Sam’s work is a simple belief: meaningful impact is built through trust, presence, and long-term vision. Whether working with artists, organizations, or communities, his goal is always the same—to help others step fully into what they’re called to build, with integrity and purpose.
